What is CrossFit?

The CrossFit prescription is “constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement.”

From the beginning, the aim of CrossFit has been to forge a broad, general, and inclusive fitness.
We sought to build a program that would best prepare trainees for any physical contingency—prepare them not only for the unknown but for the unknowable.

In sum, our specialty is not specializing.
We run, jump, throw, pull, push, carry, lift, climb, row--basically everything the human body is designed to do!

CrossFit is scalable. Everyone--our soldiers, law enforcement officers, first responders, skiers, mountain climbers, housewives, elderly, student and professional athletes, etc-- all benefit from the same regimen. We simply scale the load and intensity to ensure everyone performs the same amount of work relative to their fitness level.

CrossFit WILL improve your quality of life. You will see an elevation in your overall wellness, confidence, and psychological outlook. For those who are willing to step up to the challenge, dramatic results are sure to follow.
